The Proverbs Program Rules:

  1. Read one chapter of Proverbs a day

  2. Eat Real whole-foods

  3. Exercise 4x per week (At least 2 of the workouts must be strength training)

  4. Limit Sugar Intake

Guidelines:

  • 90% Real Whole Foods, 10% minimally processed foods.

  • No: Fast food, highly processed foods (dead food).

  • No: artificial sweeteners, flavors, or colors.

  • Yes: Coconut oil, real butter, ghee, olive oil, avocado oil, tallow.

  • No: Canola oil, vegetable oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, cottonseed oil.


If you mess up do not throw in the towel! Get back on track and keep going!


The Proverbs Program is about getting healthy physically, while also growing and maturing Spiritually.


The book of Proverbs provides timeless principles for living well, making wise decisions, and cultivating a strong moral foundation.


Proverbs offers concise, practical wisdom that can be applied to everyday situations. It covers a wide range of topics, including relationships, finances, work, speech, and personal conduct. The straightforward, "bite-sized" sayings are easy to remember and apply in daily life. For example, verses like "A gentle answer turns away wrath" (Proverbs 15:1) teach us how to handle conflict in a peaceful and wise manner.


It’s important to grow, mature, and become healthy in all aspects of life—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—because these areas are interconnected and together contribute to a fulfilling, balanced, and meaningful life.


Consistent growth in these areas can improve overall life satisfaction, boost self-esteem, and provide the tools needed to manage life's inevitable challenges.


Ultimately, striving for balance physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—is about becoming the best version of ourselves, and living with purpose.
