Jesus is the foundation for a healthy life. Putting God first allows us to build a healthy life, as our needs are being met by The Lord. Life is hard and when we process things in His presence we receive His comfort, help, and healing. When we look to meet our needs outside of God we end up dealing with things in an unhealthy way. By taking everything to God first we allow Him to work in us and help through all of life's challenges.

Real food is nourishing and healing. It provides your body with the nutrients it needs to thrive. 90% of your diet should be real, whole foods. Highly processed foods cause inflammation and disease. They cause weight gain, blood sugar issues, and even cancer. Cleaning up our diets is foundational for a healthy life.

Movement and exercise are important for your blood sugar, hormones, bone health, longevity, the list goes on and on. Exercise needs to be a normal part of our lives. It improves your mood and makes you feel good. We could all use a mood boost throughout the week!

Sleep is vital for you to be healthy and to have a healthy weight. Sleep affects your stress levels, hormones, and your brain health. Getting enough sleep every night is essential for a healthy life!

Build community

5th Pillar

We were never meant to do life alone. Jesus created the church for us to come together and have fellowship and community. We get to build each other up, encourage each other, and help each other walk this thing out.
