Free Health History Session
Health History Sessions are complimentary calls designed to help us get to know each other. I’ll learn about your background, health goals, and challenges to see how I can best support you. You’ll also get a feel for my coaching style to decide if I’m the right fit for your journey.
12 Week Program
In my 12-week program, we’ll meet once a week for a 45-minute coaching call. During these sessions, we’ll review how your week went, address any challenges, set goals for the week ahead, and focus on your individual needs. I’ll guide you step by step in making sustainable improvements to your health, including practical ways to incorporate healthy food and lifestyle choices—at a pace that works for you.


Additional 12 weeks
If you’ve completed the 12-week program and want continued support on your health journey, you’re welcome to sign up for an additional 12 weeks. We’ll build on the progress you’ve made and keep moving forward—together
6 month program
Weekly Sessions – 24 total
You'll receive four 45-minute coaching sessions per month over the course of 6 months (24 sessions total). This program is perfect for those who want steady, long-term support while building sustainable habits and making meaningful progress at a manageable pace.
