God has a beautiful calling on your life. In order to live out that calling you need to be healthy physically and mentally. If mental strongholds are holding you back it's time to break free. Jesus proclaimed liberty to the captives. He set you free on the cross. It's time to accept that freedom and come out of agreement with the lies of the enemy. It's time to step into health and walk in the fullness of all that God has for you.
Recognize the lies
I don't deserve to be happy. I don't deserve to be healthy. I'll never be "skinny". I'm not a health food person. I'm not a fitness/gym person. I'm too out of shape to go to the gym. I don't belong in the gym. I can't do it. I'm never going to change. It doesn't matter. Fill in whatever lie you've been believing.
Replace it with the Truth
I have the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:16
I have a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Phil 4:13
Jesus came to give me abundant life. John 10:10
God wants me to be healthy. 3 John 2
My body is the temple of The Holy Spirit. 1 Corinthians 6:19
I'm a person of discipline. 1 Corinthians 9:27
We all know we're responsible for being good stewards of our finances—how much more of the bodies we live in? You can do this! Getting healthy isn't too hard for you or unattainable. God's desire is for you to be healthy. It's time to recognize that every thought that keeps you from being healthy is a lie from the enemy. Come out of agreement with it and live in the freedom that is in Christ!
