Our Mission
Our mission at AJM Wellness is to clean up the wellness space and keep our hearts pure before The Lord. God's desire is for His daughters to be healthy, whole, and free. We honor God with our lives and bodies and we practice stewardship as vessels of The Holy Spirit. We keep ourselves pure from idolatry, witchcraft, and pagan practices. It's our mission to clean up the wellness space and help God's daughters walk in health, wholeness, and freedom!
Freedom
There is freedom in Jesus. The ways of the world lead to bondage. God wants us to live and walk in complete freedom. We do that by keeping ourselves pure from idols and pagan practices and by honoring God in every aspect of our lives.
Stewardship
Our bodies are vessels of The Holy Spirit. We all know we ought to be good stewards of our businesses, finances, and families— how much more the bodies we live in! Being a good steward of our bodies looks like eating healthy, exercising, and getting enough sleep and rest.
