Welcome to AJM Wellness! I’m so glad you're here. My name is Alyssa, and I’m an IIN Certified Health Coach with a heart for helping Christian women reclaim their health through a holistic approach. I believe that true wellness is about more than just what we eat—it’s about nurturing the mind, body, and spirit.
For as long as I can remember, I've been passionate about health and wellness. Helping others is what truly fills my heart, and through AJM Wellness, I get to help women with their health everyday. What could be better than that? This work makes me truly happy and seeing the change in people as they begin to feel good is beyond fulfilling.
You may already know what you should or shouldn’t be eating, and that you should be exercising, but just need that extra accountability and encouragement to stay on track. Or you might feel overwhelmed and unsure of where to even begin when it comes to creating a healthy lifestyle. Wherever you fall, I’m here to guide and support you.
